Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Paul and his team. I’ve used them twice now on two separate homes. On both occasions, they were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, showed they cared about their work and my satisfaction with it. I’m someone that gets multiple quotes for any type of big expense work. They beat the competition across the board for price. This is one of those rare scenarios where the best price is also the best choice. Paul is a wizard with rebates and discounts offered by the state through the clean energy program. Ridgeline is the only company I would consider for heating/cooling. If you’re gonna go with anyone, go with them. You’ll be treated fairly, given peace of mind with quality, and honest work. Shoutout to Ben as well! When Paul wasn’t immediately available he was right there if I had any questions/concerns.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Purchased a whole house heating and cooling system. Paul is super knowledgeable and works with you to give you the solution that's right for you. He knows his way around all of the rebates and helps you through the whole process. His crew is a great group of guys, very respectful and considerate of your house, property and belongings while they are there. They do extremely clean work. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice of contractor for this job!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Want to give a big shout-out to Paul and his great crew. They installed pair of Mitsubishi "splits" about 6 weeks ago. Excellent work - and done within the time frame they promised (in fact they were done early!). As important, he was able to explain the credits/rebates available for these systems - something other contractors were not able to provide. Thanks to that, we are planning to have them return next spring to install the another pair! Thanks!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely amazing service and we couldn't be happier with the end result! They were professional and courteous while installing, and offered to hang back up pictures I had to move during the install and replaced an old dryer vent - both above and beyond what was required. All the staff were great and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Paul and his crew installed a mini-split system at my daughters house in East Greenbush. It was a pleasure working with Paul from his introduction to the completion of the project. He was very knowledgeable and professional and he offered the best price from his competitors. I would highly recommend his company anyone who may be interested in a heating/cooling system.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have zero hesitation about recommending Paul and his team to anyone looking for mini-split install. Paul came to the house and took the time to understand how the space was used and then came up with several solutions that weren't proposed by any of the other companies who came out to provide quotes -- I chalk this up to Paul's approach to his small business and customer service, but also the fact that mini-splits are WHAT THEY DO, unlike some of the larger companies who wear many hats but perhaps don't have the same level of expertise as a company with a narrower focus. Their bid was competitive and they made the rebate process seamless. The entire team was conscientious and wonderful to work with from start to finish, an eleven out of ten!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Paul and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We had splits installed throughout our home. Paul's solution for placement and which units would best meet our needs was creative and worked well with our structural limitations. We had multiple quotes and ideas coming into this project and Paul's was not only the most competitive, but he leveraged all of the rebate and tax credit opportunities he could to support our project. He was available, highly communicative, and overall just great to work with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. AMAZING. Paul and his employees are the best. There should be an option for 100 STARS! This decision to add the Mitsubishi split system was not easy for us. We had many other companies provide quotes and we had all but lost hope. Then came a huge swing in our favor. A simple call to Paul at Ridgeline. The rest was easy and comfortable. We went from not having a chance at installation due to cost and equally important - being comfortable with the company we chose to install - to an amazing experience from A- Z. Overall the best experience we have ever had with a company/ business transaction. Truly want to thank you for everything. It is so refreshing to know that there are people with such great pride in their work. Paul takes care of it all. Ridgeline Heating and Cooling = AMAZING!!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Buying a heat pump is hands down the best decision we've made for our house. Paul (and crew!) were knowledgeable and super helpful. We actually ended up getting a better system compared to other companies for less out of pocket. Highly recommend!
