Elite Diamond is the highest certification level in Mitsubishi Electric's contractor program. To hold it, a contractor's team completes factory training on Mitsubishi Electric heat pump systems and meets Mitsubishi's standards for installation and service. Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Splits

A ductless mini split pairs an outdoor unit with one or more indoor air handlers, so you heat and cool without ductwork. Each indoor unit has its own temperature control, which means you only condition the rooms you use.

One room or addition? A single-zone mini split connects one indoor unit to one outdoor unit.

Rebates and Financing

New York homeowners can still save on a Mitsubishi heat pump through the state-run NYS Clean Heat program, which offers up to a $12,000 instant rebate on whole-home solutions. The amount depends on your utility territory and project scope. Ridgeline is a participating NYS Clean Heat contractor and helps customers with utility rebates from National Grid, NYSEG and Central Hudson.
